WhatsApp for your product

- 2Open Numbers and choose Link a number.
- 3On your phone, open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device and scan the QR code. Or choose Use phone number and type the 8-character code on the phone.
- 4The number shows Connected and stays linked.
No spare number? Get one
Under Get a number you can buy a number in most countries to set up a new WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business account with. You pay once at checkout; the price is shown for each country.
- 1Open Get a number, pick a country and choose Buy number.
- 2After checkout the number shows up with a 5-minute timer.
- 3On your phone, set up WhatsApp with that number and ask for the code by SMS. The code appears on the page.
- 4Enter the code in WhatsApp, then link the number under Numbers.
Good to know
Each number receives one sign-up code. Your WhatsApp account stays on your phone afterwards, but WhatsApp can’t send that number a second code, so turn on two-step verification in WhatsApp right away.
Some numbers never receive WhatsApp’s code. Choose Cancel on the number, or wait 5 minutes, and you get a new number in the same country for free. If the replacement doesn’t get a code either, contact support with the reference shown and we’ll sort out a refund.

Phone numbers
Write numbers with the country code, like +2348012345678. If you type a local number like 08012345678, Rimbra adds the country code of the number you send from.
